Billie Aplin
Billie’s passion for performing began at a very young age which developed greatly through the years leading her to gain a place at the prestigious Paul McCartney Performing Arts School ‘LIPA.’
She was lucky enough to go on and further her training at ‘ReynoldsPerforming Arts’ where she graduated with not only professional training, but also her teaching qualifications in Dance and Theatre. Having worked extensively as a professional Performer and Teacher Billie has taught at many establishments throughout the country and performed throughout both Europe and the UK.
Billie now works full time as a qualified teacher at LeAF Studio School; a school designed for aspiring performers and athletes where she heads Drama and Musical Theatre. Billie’s credits include, World Premiere workshop ‘The Diary of Anne Frank The Musical,’ ,‘Seussical The Musical’- London tour, ‘Hair The Musical’ - Albany Theatre ,‘Eurovision’ - Paul McCartney Auditorium,‘The Permanent Way’- Hextable Theatre‘ Viva Las Divas’ - Top stage, Crete, ‘Soul Train’ - Creative Productions, Cyprus. She has also performed at many Corporate Events, within professional pantomimes, and appeared as the choir captain for her choir ‘Acoustic Harmonies’ in venues throughout the UK. Billie is extremely proud to still be a part of the ever growing Strictly Stage Theatre School and has loved watching and nurturing the student’s talents throughout the years.
